I think the seller has unlocked the bootloader previously. If you can, return the device or contact the seller. If not, there are many tutorials on XDA for this problem and it can be resolved. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2497712

Thanks for ur prompt reply.. i don’t think the seller is going to take it back..please if u can tell me if the device or this particular message is going to create problem in future..currently i have not installed the update and after rebooting it has come in its previous state..
also in that case i won’t be able to install official updates..i could find one application in the phone named supersu which i believe is used for this purpose..
        thanks again..

Glad to help buddy, SuperSU is an app for rooted phones. This suggest that you have a rooted phone, which isn’t always a bad thing. It seems that you are new to Android.
Anyhow, that won’t be a problem for you. I have made a post on rooting advantages and disadvantages, you should check it out. If you really want to install the update, you will have to unroot then lock the bootloader. Though it isn’t as tough as it appears, but please familiarize yourself about this complete process before trying anything.
