i got this from message box — cannot open the usb serial port. code: 32 :( what should i do?

    • RohanKandwal

Make sure that you have correctly installed the device drivers (Check if your device is being detected in Device Manager) and also make sure that Kies isn’t running in the background.

Also try and inserting your device in different USB port or if everything fails (which sometimes happen for apparently no reason), use someone else’s PC.

My phone keeps on restarting after i completed the procedure. The samsung sign and swishing is coming again and again. Is that normal or is there a problem?

    • RohanKandwal

Sorry for late reply, about your query, this is normal. It takes 5-10 minutes for the first boot during which the Manufacture boot animation flashes many time. But if your device keeps on restarting, then it means that it is in bootloop.

If you galaxy pop mini is in bootloop, then simply wipe the cache and data partition from the recovery menu.

“system.rfs download” is taking too long (28 minutes and counting!) Is this normal?
