Did Odin showed pass message? Have you tried clearing the caches and wiping data? These are the main reasons for bootloop and device getting stuck at manufacturer logo.

but how to remove root from my phone?but there is no root app in phone.

          • RohanKandwal

can you please share the link. You might have flashed a rooted stock firmware recovery. There are manual ways to remove the root binaries, search google or flash a non-rooted stock rom.

You can follow this tutorial to flash the ROM, just make sure that you are not downgrading the device, in some cases, downgrading a device causes problems and you have to take special steps to prevent that.

as i wasn’t getting recovery mode.i downloaded many recovery files, tried with one of them.but later realized that i was holding the buttons for too long.at last it came.
how to remove root binaries and how to differentiate between rooted and non rooted ROM.

          • RohanKandwal

Thanks for sharing your experience. Hope that you have solved all your problems. Best of luck for the future.

          • lohith P

can i reset my phone, does it remove cwm and root

          • RohanKandwal

If by reset you mean wiping data and cache then no, wiping data will wipe all your internal memory including contacts, messages, etc.
