    Hi Friend,

I have a problem. After I click on “Upgrade start” it does not give me country select option. Instead it open LG Mobile support tool which just keeps on showing “Waiting for Connection”.

If I click start upgrade without selecting “normal web upgrade test”, it gives me country selection window.

What should I do? Can I directly click on “Start upgrade” ?

    • RohanKandwal

This might be due to some driver problems, try re-installing the device drivers and report back if you face any more problems.

What is the workaround if I cannot get into download or recovery mode. My device powers off before this is possible.

    • RohanKandwal

You can try to get in Download mode by releasing the Power button after pressing for few seconds.

I have tried power button (boots on and shows and error in the top left script), power and up (same thing), power and down (flashes the LG for a second and then turns off), power and release, power and hold. Sometimes it now will repeatedly vibrate when I hold the power. It seems to have moved to more of a hard brick. What is the best way to go about this. If i have to send it out somewhere that is what I will do?
